需要的权限
GM_setValue：用于数据的保存
GM_getValue：用于数据的读取
GM_deleteValue：用于配置删除
GM_registerMenuCommand：用于导入导出数据菜单生成
GM_addElement：用于创建导入导出需要的a标签和input标签
