This script blocks YouTube's thumbnail hover previews (animated WebP & video) while preserving progress badges, play button overlays, and static thumbnails. Works on all pages: homepage, subscriptions, watch, search, channels, etc. No permissions needed. Runs at document-start.

Key features:

CSS hides moving thumbnails and preview elements
JS removes an_webp & video-preview sources, pauses videos
MutationObserver + interval ensures complete blocking

Install via Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey → Refresh YouTube.

Note: On Vivaldi, use Violentmonkey for best stability. 🚀
