I'm trying to use it now, but I eventually get HTTP 403, indicating this script as the culprit. Any ideas to resolve this?

I haven't gotten this myself before so I am unsure, but if if I had to guess you might be getting rate-limited for downloading too many files past their limit or they may be blocking you due to using a proxy of some sort, i'd try logging out and in again, and if this is happening for mod-manager DL's check your limit on API downloads as that may be caused simply by nexusmods limitation on free downloads.

But if this is an issue with the script, could you maybe provide more info like download method and an example file so I could try and replicate this, console logs may be helpful too
